helpful staff tasty treat
The staff was super helpful, they helped me with directions and recommendations! I enjoyed the complimentary croissants and coffee near the reception area. They were a tasty treat. I checked in quick and easy! The staff are top notch and really take care of you.

kind staff clean room convenient location nice pastries
i found the staff kind . my room was very clean and tidy each day. the hotel's location provided convenient access to various places. breakfast had a nice selection of pastries and coffee.
the elevator seemed a bit slow sometimes.

Fantastic Boutique Hotel Experience!
friendly staff great recommendation
I enjoyed the 24/7 reception, I safe area. The front desk staff gave great recommendations for local spots. They were also able to order taxis for me. It was very convenient.

The hotel offers free tea and coffee in reception. The location allows walking to most major sights.
The room I received was smaller than I anticipated. Breakfast quality was disappointing for the price charged. The selection offered was very basic.

Excellent Stay in Central Location
easy access decorated room efficient staff
The hotel is close to a metro line. It made reaching all the tourist spots quick. It only took fifteen minutes. Staff surprised my friend on her 30th birthday. They decorated our room with balloons. A bottle of Prosecco was also included. Room service requests were addressed efficiently.
The room was a little smaller than expected.

The staff are very helpful. They provide information when requested. Dennis at Reception offered a very warm welcome upon check-in. Staff secured last minute tickets for Disneyland on January 2nd, even though they were sold out.

There is tea and coffee available all day. Pastries are also available. Breakfast is abundant and varied. I did not feel the need to seek any other food.

The hotel is in a central location on a quiet street. A metro station is nearby. Galeries Lafayette is a ten-minute walk. The Champs Elysees are twenty minutes away by foot.

confused decor bathroom updating
The location was perfect, just in the middle between the eiffel tower and the louvre.
The bathroom needs updating. The room COULDA been cleaner. The decor seems confused.
