Fantastic Boutique Hotel Experience!

I enjoyed the 24/7 reception, I safe area. The front desk staff gave great recommendations for local spots. They were also able to order taxis for me. It was very convenient.

Excellent Stay in Central Location

The hotel is close to a metro line. It made reaching all the tourist spots quick. It only took fifteen minutes. Staff surprised my friend on her 30th birthday. They decorated our room with balloons. A bottle of Prosecco was also included. Room service requests were addressed efficiently.

The room was a little smaller than expected.

The staff are very helpful. They provide information when requested. Dennis at Reception offered a very warm welcome upon check-in. Staff secured last minute tickets for Disneyland on January 2nd, even though they were sold out.

There is tea and coffee available all day. Pastries are also available. Breakfast is abundant and varied. I did not feel the need to seek any other food.

The location was perfect, just in the middle between the eiffel tower and the louvre.

The bathroom needs updating. The room COULDA been cleaner. The decor seems confused.
